Timings wrap each fetch with performance.now(), so they include the trip from your browser to usetote.dev. The cart step writes a real cart on a real store under an internal session, so it is excluded from the public ledger. Results reflect the index at this moment; a store that isn’t verified yet simply doesn’t appear.
